My Premiere Pro export is completely different (in video and audio) than my sequence

I'm trying to export my 3.5 minute video, but what comes out is something different than what I've edited in my sequence. When I go to the export menu, I see this message, "Offline material is present in this export and will be encoded using the Offline Media graphic. However, I don't have any clips in my sequence that are offline. Also, what gets exporeted has clips that I didn't even use in my sequence.

What are your export settings?

I would try clearing media cache and also exporting with Software Encoding.
