My premiere pro is lagging

When i am using premiere it lags and then my screen flickers and then it works for 1-2 mins then again it starts to lag 

I have a good laptop ( 16gb ram, rtx 5060, ultra 9 275hx )

There have been problems with the 5000 series graphics cards.

Try a few different Studio drivers.

Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums and sorry you are experiencing issues. What Premiere Pro version are you on and could you provide more details about the flicker and lag? Is your entire screen flickering or only specific parts of the application or Program monitor? Is the lag related to clicks or video playback?

So suddenly premiere pro lags and whole screen flickers and sometimes it
happens frequently and for a small amount of time it runs smoothly

As @Peru Bob recommended, have you tried updating or rolling back your driver @Aditya_Sen9565? (Are you using the Studio driver?) Does this get worse with specific footage you are working with?
