My video wont export

When i try to export my 4k video and some HD it keeps freezing my computer and i keep having to reset it on and off. It only gets to about 13% and then goes froze. I tried changing to software only and that didnt work. I wonder what could it be?

8GB of ram

8gigs of RAM isn't enough to work with 4k.

Got it working by doing 1080 by 1080 with no maximum depth

Having to call customer service everytime it's time to export a video is driving me up the wall I've been going through this all month. To spend my hard working money on this editor & can't even get the video to export is CRAZY I'm fed up fix this.
