Na nova versão do preimiere, aplico o lut na pós produção, e quando exporto o vídeo, o lut não vem aplicado, o que devo fazer?

First, a lot of people think this is what is happening when it's actually a color management issue with the new color handling of the 2022 builds.
If your clips are HLG, shot as say on an iPhone or mirrorless camera or drone, then they will not export correctly unless you change their color management settings for the clips. In that case, it's go to the Project panel, right-click one or more clips, Modify/Interpret Footage, select the Override option at the bottom, set to Rec.709.
Then those clips will show properly in a Rec.709/SDR timeline and export.
Another potential issue is due to the Apple decision not to use proper Rec.709 standards for displaying Rec.709/SDR video, and instead applying a very different gamma. Which makes Rec.709/SDR video clips look brighter and less saturated. So the clips look different after export from a Mac when viewed in Chrome/Safari or QuickTime player.
Or ... it could be that you're using a LUT but it's parked in an inappropriate location and Premiere doesn't 'see' it during export.
I don't know which of the three you're having, and would need to know your OS and computer hardware, the format/codec of your clips (and how they were created), and where you put that LUT on your computer in order to be able to figure out which specific situation applies here.
