Não consigo abrir o menu Preferences e alguns outros menus da barra de tarefas.

Testei em dois computadores diferentes (WIN 10 e WIN 11), e sempre que tento abrir alguma opção do menu "Preferences" o Premiere trava. Em outros menus como "Window" também acontece o mesmo.
Já instalei versões anteriores, já resetei todas as configurações, já fiz downgrade da GPU, já desisntalei tudo e instalei novamente, e mesmo assim o problema continua. Já tem umas duas semanas que pedi ajuda ao suporte do Brasil e também não tive retorno, a atendente ficou de levar minha situação aos técnicos mas até hoje nada.  Só consigo usar o programa do jeito que ele abre, sem configurar nada. adobe crash.png

Tentei seguir o tutorial do vídeo, porém a pasta "logs" já está vazia e o problema continua.
