need help asap

hey everyone, i've been having a problem with my premiere pro.It's doing this thing where whatever file i drop into the sequence it speeds up the video and cuts a little short but the audio is perfectly fine it's the video part that's doing it. I haven't seen anyone else with this problem so i need some help i need to get this video done. Yes i tried the audio hardware no input thing and that didn't help either. If anyone knows how to fix this pls lmk

nvm i found the problem, had to convert the videos to mp4 and somehow that worked🤷‍:male_sign:
