I have video that I need to enhance to better identify a vehicle involved in a hit and run. Any advice on how to best enhance or isolate parts of the video/image so that I can identify the vehicle?
I'm not sure that there's much you can do inside Premiere natively besides just sharpening. You can try looking at an AI-based tool like Topaz AI: https://www.topazlabs.com/video-enhance-ai
