I have a video I am working on had it is high quality, I want to export/render (Premier Pro) at the highest possible quality but I need the file size to be less than 4gig, currently the low quality render is at 4 gig's. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the high res version to either the same or lower file size?

Duration x bitrate = file size.

If you want smaller file size lower the bitrate.

Also depends on what codec is used.

What is the end destination of the file.

Hi gordons,

First - how long is your video?

Here is a video that explains the export settings quite well:
BEST Export Settings On Premiere Pro - HIGHEST QUALITY - YouTube

It suggests a Target Bitrate of 15 Mbps and Maximum Bitrate of 30 Mbps. I's say this is extremely high for general use. You could go between  with Target Bitrate of 6Mbps and Maximum Bitrate of 8 Mbps and still have great quality. You may not even notice the difference to the 15-30 settings. It does depend on what's in your footage.

I'd suggest you experiment with Bitrate settings on a by exporting a small section of your video and tehn you could decide what's high in quality while still beiug reasonable in file size.
