New Computers Choppy Pr Playback

Hi gang, I recently purchased two new computers to run Pr. Pr playback is choppy. Any advice would be appreciated.

Here are the computer specs:

Processor AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz

Installed RAM 32.0 GB

Device ID 7195DF30-E898-4175-84AE-3A066EED162F

Product ID 00325-96541-81010-AAOEM

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

1TB NVME Gen4 SSD

GeForce RTX 3090

.MP4 on the C: drive

1TB NVME Gen4 SSD

Tested multiple Pr versions - same issue occurs - both computers.

Both HD and Proxie - same issue.

UPDATE: RESOLVED by turning Defaul Input to: OFF
