New nvidia driver update messed up premiere pro. "Fix" on adobe website doesn't work

When I open premiere pro it tells me to go to this web page:

It says I should "close Geforce Experience".

I UNINSTALLED it and it still has issues.

My driver is nvidia geforce rtx 3050 ti laptop.

es kommt uns etwas verwirrend vor, wenn man die Meldung in PP liest und den Adobe-Link dann benutzt.
Soll das Update 528.24 von NVIDIA nun durch geführt werden oder besser doch nicht?

Didn't work. Already tried many things. Updating from the manual, auto update from geforce, downgrade the version to the oldest. Everything is useless after this driver update. Any solution?
