i showed the error in the video: https://youtu.be/-kJ9R0e7Zgk
Okay this is my 3rd community post in last 1 week and i swear to god i never got annoyed to use premiere before 😕 Like smallest issues occured one by one and it's not joyful to use premiere pro anymore for me, all i have is.. issues, issues and more issues recently and that makes me sad.
So my usual process like this before this error>> my client sends me a .prpro file after he managed to files that he shoot in a .prpro file and i open that file and i relocate(prpro was doing this automatically) all the files and i start working on the projects right away!! but now when i open that file, premiere pro wants me to relocate all the files manually, all of them!! I'm not talking just one or two files usualy tens of them and lets be honest this is not what u want to do when u want to work on a project, i need help or suggesstions please.
Thank you all.
Hi @musaby -
Thanks for submitting your bug report. We need a few more details to try to help with the issue.
Please see, How do I write a bug report?
Have you tried opening the project in the same folder as your footage?
Can you try unchecking the box "File Extension"
Sorry for the frustration.
