New Update, play back not working

opened up the new version of Premiere and video will not play back. it just freezes and I can't do any edited which means the program is useless!!! does there need to be a new update to fix this last crap updarte??????

Don't run updates when you have editing work to do.

Try:

- restarting your computer

- Creating a new project

- clear your cache

- reset preferences

- re-install PP

i reinstalled, cleared the cache and reinstalled, it now works. thank you for the info
