Newly created project doesn't show up in recent files

this is just a small bug. In the latest release, creating a new project works as usual and saves fine. No problems here. However, when you reopen Premiere, the file doesn't show in the recent files list. When you edit and save, it's added to the list.

Also, the Adobe widely used 'SAVE' dialog doesn't use the extension to check if a file already exists (please fix it, it's been around forever and you risk overwriting something important).  I've reported this a 1000 times before. So 'TEST' with extension set to '*.PNG' doesn't check. 'TEST.PNG' gets a warning when it exists.
