Next and Previous keyframe shortcuts not default?

How is Ctrl+Left Arrow and Ctrl+Right Arrow not the shortcuts to jump between next and previous keyframes? How come I have to "program" it to be this way?

Those are set originally for other items that users do all the time. Like many of the keyboard shorts. If you want to change them, feel free.

Just understand that others will always have different priorities or preferences for key-shorts to do anything.

Why is the sun in the sky and the moon never leaving orbit? I wonder if the sun would blow up, get small and turn off, the moon crashes into Earth or flies away. No one really knows as we are all usually driven by what people create here on Earth and monetarily the issues with how Russia and China are pissed off at the "unipolar" world format that no one really questions until we are all at the edge of nuclear WW3.
