No audio in exported files

Hi

I'm using Premiere Pro 2022 but when I export the files, there is no audio at all. I have tried several projects but the problem remains. I hear audio in Premiere Pro but not in the exported mpeg4 file.

What could be wrong?

I have changed the Audio Format settings from mpeg to AAC but both exports are without audio.

It is originally from a Teams recording: The frame rate is 15 fps, frame size is 1920 x 1080.
