Latest Premiere Pro version on Mac OS Ventura. And latest drivers for BlackMagic Decklink Extreme 4K.
I have an external HD monitor connected via SDI from the BM card.
If I play HD footage from the source monitor, I have video and audio in the external monitor.
But if I play 4k footage from the Source Panel, there is video, but no audio in the external monitor.
The audio meters in the external monitor also show no SDI audio input.
In Premieres settings (Playback) I have the Blackmagic settings to scale down if not in line with the monitor.
For video it obviously works. But the audio is not coming over to the monitor.
I must state that from the Program Panel everything is working fine. HD or 4K, both play with audio to the external monitor.
This seems a bug to me.
PS: an old post from 2020 also mentionned the problem, but the responders did not really answer the questions and mixed up some terminology so I decided to put this as a new question.
