no audio when scrolling with arrows or mouse premiere pro

Hi Why can i hear the sound of my project on playback but not when i want to get close to a point with arrows or mouse i don't hear a thing ?

Yes...!! Thank you.. this helped... That was terrible... it is very difficult to edit to the beat if you cant hear when you are thumbing through with the aarows...!!! I must have hit that by accident... Thank you google, thank you internet.. and thank you Meg_The_Dog...!!!
