When I export my video either with H264, MPEG-4 or 3GP format to my hard drive and then upload to Facebook all my friends are able watch the video and here sound. However thoes friend who try and watch the video on their Andriod or iphones have no sound attached to the video.
I've also tried exporting the video directly to my Motoro G6 from Adobe Pro and still get no audio.
Sorry about the issue. Which version of Premiere are you currently using? For clarification, are you're having issues with audio on videos exported directly from Premiere Pro to mobile devices. Is that correct? Are you having this issue with specific export formats or all of them? Also, is this issue project-specific, or does it happen with all projects? Let us know. We're here to help.
Many thanks for your prompt reply. The version of Adobe Pro 2020 isV14.0.4 build 18. I'm having problems exporting video directly from Adobe Pro to my Motorola G6 Android phone. I've tried MPEG-4, 3GP and H.264 so far with no audio on either format. If I export to Facebook in MPEG-4 friends can see and hear my videos, but those friends watching on their phones can't hear any audio. There is one exception to this; My son can hear audio on his iphone, but his wife who has a slightly older iphone can't hear audio. I would say 99% of friends using a phone receive no audio The videos are made using my Canon 200d which exports in MPEG-4. Regards Geoff.
Is there any specific reason you're on 14.0? Would it be possible for you to update to the most recent version of Premiere (22.5)? You could do so using the creative cloud app, and your existing copy of Premiere Pro 14.0 won't be overwritten.
