No Destination When Exporting

Has anyone else not been able to choose a destination when exporting in Premiere Pro the newest version on PC?

I go through the normal export process, click the destination, choose the folder and when I click ok, the destination option in premiere is gone! And it doesn't come back! I can't export or send to media encoder.

I even had an Adobe specialist take control of my computer and he couldn't figure it out. He was on it for an hour lol

Any fixes so far?

Try resetting prefernces or

Send your timeline to AME and use the old fashioned export settings.
