No language options when transcribing sequence

Hey all,

Premiere is not showing me any language options in the transcription settings (the pop-up right before the transcription starts) and will always create captions in English, even though the language of the clip is in German.

I tried setting the standard language in the general transcription setting to German, tried it with automatic language detection on/off - still the dropdown menu for language options remains empty. I'm also not being shown any new packages I could download. Any ideas?

There's been at least one other report of this behavior. It is not common. I can't find the other post.

What do you have set in the Edit -> Preferences -> Transcription? Screenshot okay.
