No puedo importar un video 4K, me sale un error

Buenas, al importar un video 4K en Adobe Premiere Pro 2019, me sale el siguiente error:

Alguién me podría indicar como se podría intentar solucionar??

Welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear about this. For clarification, do you see this issue with a specific file type or all files? Is there a specific reason you're using an older version of Premiere Pro? Let us know if it's possible to test if the file is importing correctly in the most recent version of Premiere Pro (Here's how). You'll have the option to keep Premiere Pro 2019 when you install Premiere Pro 23.4 through the Creative Cloud Desktop App.
