Hello, I am on Mac Monterey, with the latest version of Adobe Premiere. I have a blackmagic decklink mini monitor 4K card. I have installed the desktop video 12.1 driver. The card is well recognized by the system. In resolve, everything works perfectly and the playback is perfect. But in Premiere, the card is not recognized at all in the settings, and impossible to have a video return. The card is only recognized for audio. Do you have a solution to this very strange problem?
Thanks in advance

Have you tried Blackmagic-Designs Desktop Video 12.3 software update?

I had this exact issue on Monterey with a Mini Monitor 4k. Give this a try:

  1. Uninstall the desktop video app/drivers with the uninstall tool.
  2. Reboot.
  3. Download the latest non beta version of Desktop Video (12.3 as of this post)
  4. Confirm Premiere is installed BEFORE running installer. This is important.
  5. Install the drivers.
  6. Confirm the install of the system/kernel extension. This will show up in System Preferences - Security and Privacy
  7. Reboot. Do not skip this step.
  8. Launch Premiere, check Preferences - Playback, the mini monitor should show up.
