no visualizo ninguna imagen ni puedo poner play

venia de lo mas bien editando en mi primiere pro 2024  version 24.2.1. ultima version con una tremenda compu....

y casi terminando el proyecto se colgo y no puedo ni mirar los videos en la biblioteca, ni reproducir el video que venia editandoooo...

ni siqueira me muestra la pre visualizacion....

de golpe me paso...

y agarro otro proyecto, lo abro lo mas bien y funciona todo perfectoooo...

no se que pasooo, y tengo una entrega de trabajo y no se como solucionarlo.

Hi there! 

Sorry about the issue. Can you share your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Also, let us know the details of the media files that you're editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size). Could you try switching Default Input to No Input? Edit> Preferences > Audio Hardware?
