Not all the windows are loading.

Sometimes when I open Premiere Pro I will get here and not all the windows will open for me (see attached photo). Another issue I run into is the windows won't select when I click/do stuff with in the window (see video attached). I'm updated on all my apps and my video driver is updated to the latest version. I've cleared my media cache. Does anyone else have these issues and how to fix them?

PC Specs:

Windows 11

12th Gen Intel i9-12900K 16 cores

32GB of ram

Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti

Have you by any chance loaded the game drivers for the nvidia?  If so, remove it and install the studio driver...

I actully didn't know that there was studio driver, thank you for that. However it unfortunately does not fix my issue.

Ya I am working on dual monitor and sometime this happens on a specific project but other time its with any project.
