not importing fully

Hi! I used premiere pro a few years ago, and im just now getting back to it  I got video from youtube is 21 mins and when i downloaded it to my computer it was full capicty. When i add it to premiere it only uploads 1 min and 3 secs of the video. Ive restarded it and reinstalled it and everything. Please help!!

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
