Nudge 7 Frames in Timeline

I am working on a PC and usually use a Mac - on my Mac I can nudge a clip in the timeline by however many frames I want, by doing this:

- select the clip

- type in a plus or minus sign (depending on if I want the clip to move forwards or backwards)

- type the number of frames I want the clip to move

- and then hit enter.

On the PC if I do the same thing, it doesn't move anything, and I can only figure out how to move the clip in increments of 1 or 5, which is not helpful.

Is there a way to do this without using increments of 1 or 5?

Thanks!
