Hello! I have an old Graphics Card Nvidia GeForce GT 730 using on Windows 10 64-bit. Driver for that was installed when the windows was updated. Whenever I open the Premiere Pro 2022, it says that the driver not supported. So I tried to install both 32-bit and 64-bit drivers but everytime I get the error that this driver is not compatible with the current version of windows. Please Help!!!

Your graphics card is sadly too old for Premiere Pro. If you can afford it, purchase a more decent one.
