Object glitching during slow motion

Hello, this is my second or third time dealing with this problem with my footage whenever I try to put it in slow motion. I record in 60fps and my sequence is also at 60fps. Attempted to slap this video and try slowing it down on a 30fps sequence but came across the same problem. I have been filming sports and noticed that the football glitches whenever it is in the air. Hopefully someone could assist me with this. Thank you!

Following the Shutter Angle or Shutter Speed rule:

60fps → Shutter = 1/120 sec, can slow your clip down to around 40% and try Optical Flow.

What shutter speed did you use on shooting?

That was my shutter speed during the shoot and the video has optical flow applied to it. Sadly, that's still the result I've been getting recently.
