OMF and AAF export causes clipping in latest release of Premiere (11.1.2)

Hi all! Since the latest Premiere update (11.1.2) I've experienced a problem exporting OMFs and AAFs for audio post. Each exported audio clip has its gain boosted such that it causes clipping and distortion. The problem is not obvious right away, but I can hear it especially in louder parts of the voiceover. The clipping is not present in the original recording or during playback in Premiere.

It doesn't seem to matter whether I choose embedded or separate audio files, which type of audio file, OMF or AAF, or even if I decrease the clip gain by -10db in Premiere. I've tried everything that I can think of. It can't be an issue with ProTools, because I can hear the clipping in the separately exported audio files by just listening to them using the Finder preview.

My audio post-production guy said he works with another production house that has been experiencing the same problem with the latest build of Premiere. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm on a 2012 Macbook Pro running El Capitan (10.11.6)

I'm working on sound mixing for movies. I've got Pro Tools and Nuendo.

Got the same issue over here when I open an OMF from Premiere in Pro Tools or Nuendo. So it must be a Premiere exporting problem. Already any solution?
