OMF Export Failure (Failure 139 and Failure 80)

I'm getting this error message when I try to export the OMF of a project I've been working on.

I'm running the latest version of Premiere, and I didn't have an issue before. I can't seem to find an answer to this problem and it's driving me crazy.

This is the message I receive. If any of you had to deal with this before, any piece of advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Has anyone found an answer to this, I had the same issue today and I can't get this one scene over to my sound editor.

Likewise - I'm getting the same error.  I hate being the bottle neck in the workflow.  When I test the OMF it says it is not an OMFI file
