Hoping somebody can shed some light on the best way to do this.

Planning on making an omf for each track to avoid the 2gb limit. If I disable the tracks I'm not using before exporting will they not show up in the omf? Just want to make sure everything is clean and obvious for mix.

Thanks!

Just change your options in the omf export dialog to separate audio.   voila, no 2 gig issue cause the audio files are not embedded in the omf.

Lol yes thank you. This is what I ended up doing.
I had just read a bunch about people splitting them up into multiple omfs.
Just the first audio track exceeded the 2 gig limit with handles so
yeahhhh. Feature cherry popped.

hey we're in the 21st century.  This was the way it used to be way back.  Usually what you did was divide your film into "reels" which worked fine until the director decided to make changes....
