I have step forward and step back shortcuts mapped to 1 & ` keys, respectively, then cmd+ (1 or `) to setup to step forward or backwards five frames. All of those shortcuts work except cmd+` (step 5 frames back).
I checked the mapping and it is correct. I've restarted the app and the computer. I'm runing PPro 23.5 on an Apple M1 Max MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.4.1.
I noticed when I turn off Stage manager, the shortcut works.
