There are two Macs in this situation. An old Mac Pro Trashcan and a Mac Mini M1. Both have the exact same version of CC installed. Just updated both to make sure. Both of them have similar settings for cache files. Earlier today, I'm working on a Premiere project that uses many R3D clips. Hasn't been an issue. I then bagan getting "Can't retrieve frame XX around (tine)..." I cleared all the cache and did the usual things. Now EVERY SINGLE PROJECT, now matter how old, gives me the error of "This project appears to be damaged, and cannot be opened." Sorry Charlie. What the hell? I tried importing a project into a fresh one. Same error. I tried running the app in Rosetta emulation, Same error. I installed the last major version of Premiere. Same error. Reboot. Same error. Nothing will work.

I will say, my coworker had been using this Mini many months without issue. Then a couple months ago had this same error. Today, my task was to fix this. I updated everything and all seemed to work well. Then after those frames errors, back to nothing working at all.

AE mostly works, however, I have gotten some errors with PSD I/O function. Not sure what that means. Do I need to uninstall and install all these fresh?

Please, someone has to have an idea of how I can fix this.

FYI – these projects work just fine on the Trashcan and my 2017 iMac Pro, both with the same versions of CC.
