Opacity Will Not Paste to Title Files in latest Premiere 2023

When you copy the opacity settings of a clip, you can no longer paste it onto title files.  Please fix, this is costing a lot of redundancy/lost time.

i.e., I have a fader-in and fade out... I always copy the opacity and paste it onto all my titles at once.
