i.e., I have a fade-in and fade out... I always copy the opacity and paste it onto all my titles at once.
Hi @8raptor8,
I read your bug report. Thanks for that. I tried to reproduce your problem on both Mac and PC but I could not do so. You might try copy/pasting the contents of your sequence to a new one. Failing that, try resetting preferences. Press Shift at launch and reset them from the Reset Options dialog box. I hope that helps. If not, report back and we can investigate further.
Thank You and have a pleasant Sunday!
Cheers,
Kevin

Hi Kevin! Okay, I tried that, no luck. However, you made me think of something: After further testing, I noticed it is my old text legacy files--when I copy their opacity, they will not paste onto the old legacy titles that ported over. They DO paste into NEW text layers created with the text tool. (Also, the opacity will also paste into any other type of clip: video, PSD, etc).
So the glitch is narrowed to copying opacity from legacy text and pasting it onto old legacy texts. (I use a template when editing... although I've upped to then ew Premiere each time, I cannot say I like then ew text. I liked the old legacy much better, as it is faster to do any text editing, especially with hte creation of the sample icons--which also visually show you before you select them)
I am using Windows 10.

Hi @8raptor8,
Thanks for the reply and testing results. It sounds like your bug is related to Legacy Titles. Sorry about that. I would wager that the product team would defer fixing any bugs related to Legacy Titles since they are a deprecated feature. Although you may not like them, and I apologize for that, the Essential Graphics titles have been been fully implemented for many versions now. The team has warned users over the past few years to avoid using them in any new productions as support for them would end. I'm sorry that you got caught up in that and hope I can help you achieve a better workflow with the current feature. Take care.
Thanks,
Kevin
