Hello,
I have been battling with this since the 2023 update, but if I go back versions it doesnt seem to help anymore either.
When trying to file- save, or even go file-preferences PP freezes and crashes.
I have tried restarting my cache, uninstalling and reinstalling. I cant change my preferences to see if that would work because it of course crashes.
Anyone have any suggestions? At this point PP is unusable, and as a freelance editor this has put a halt to all of my workflows.
