Output does not match original footage

Davic & I have been trying to research a solution for a few days but to no avail. There is alot written about slightly faded footage being output but mine is crazy different. So to the point. Attached are the settings I am using plus an example of the output video. Any help would be appreciated by me and Michelangelo.

So have you made sure your clip color space is either the same as the sequence, or used the Override-to option to set the clip to the sequence CM?

iPhones sermon to default to HLG/HDR now. If you don't change that in the phone you either need to work through the whole project in HLG ... or use that Override-to option set to Rec.709.

Project panel/bins, right-click Modify/Interpret Footage.

The color management controls were new in the 2022 version and forward.

More options, yes, but also more to keep track of.
