Après la mise à jour 15.2 Premiere ne s'ouvre plus

first thing to do to get back to work is revert to the previous version that was working.   You can install earlier versions using the creative cloud app by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the current version of Premiere.  

If you want to troubleshoot what is going on the 15.2, Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.   and hardware requirements usually become more demanding with updates, so it's possible your system no longer is able to run the latest version

This is a windows issue.

Google the dll and install.
