I was able to edit fine in the 2022 version of Adobe Premiere. Then Adobe decides that they are not supporting Closed Captioning. So I was forced to update the software. Now, Premiere won't let me overwrite an existing file upon exporting. I had no problem doing this before. What has changed and why has it changed? Nothing but extreme frustration with this software.I don't have time for this.

@tomc94919815 can you give me some more details about these problems? What version of Premiere Pro are you running?  We do support closed captions, and we do support overwriting an existing file while exporting.  These are solvable problems.  I'm sorry you are frustrated.  We're here to help.
