Aside of the support community, which is great, is there like a paid or premium customer support where I can just call or video call with an Adobe person to help me solve my issue?

The community is great but sometimes our need for a response and troubleshoot is inmediate.

Thanks,

Hi Martin,

Here you are: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html Check out phone support options for "How To" questions. Often, there is a wait for a call back for phone options. Sorry about that.

Some of our experts have services for more personal one-on-one support and bookable sessions, but you would have to ask them for further information and cost. I can ask around, but there are two that I know of.

Not directly from Adobe for individual subscriptions, unless it is an account issue.

There may be other options available for large companies with Enterprise accounts.

@Kevin-Monahan can you answer?
