Parametric equalizer glitch

Parametric equalizer glitch! it just records my every tweak and then goes back to where it was and then it plays back like this...I can't even edit my audio, pls help!:)

In your Audio Track Mixer window, what type of Automation Mode are you set to?

This setting is going to affect the behavior of your audio effect. Here's a video that explains what the different modes do. Hopefully this helps if the automation mode is indeed the culprit here.

thanks a lot for leading me in the right direction! it was all because of the check mark on switching to touch after write 🙂 now it's working 🙂 God bless you 🙂

Glad that was it. I've certainly done that before myself. Sometimes when you're scrolling with your mouse wheel and you go by that pulldown menu you can accidentally change the setting.
