Parts of the video turn into green pixels

I tried to switching it to Software Media Enconder and tried updating my graphic card.

I had no problems yesterday, I have a 6600 XT paired with 10400F. 

Any soultions?

That typically would be a driver problem. Did you try clearing the cache? You didn't volunteer which version PP you are using.

In 23.6 you can hold shift down when you (double) click the desktop icon, (don't open from a project file) and clear the cache that way.
