pc performances problem

I am encountering a problem:

my pc bug when rendering with or without effect tracks, my cpu is capped at 100% despite a configuration that seems relatively good to me.
Do you have a solution ?

I understood you well. No problem! OK. Let's look at your problem.

I can see you're in a situation that requires some care. Sorry! If you have an NVIDIA GPU that is updated with the newest driver, try a clean reinstall of the 517.40 drivers. they're a little older but work fine. See if that might work. With 23.1, another bug for a French person is export names must be in English only letters. That bug is fixed and should be in an upcoming version.
