Periodic Freezing while playing back v22.3

I swear, if I didn't know any better, I'd say that Adobe was out to get me lol! Every update sets me back at least a day while I troubleshoot the latest bug. 

Luckily, amongst the litanny of debilitating problems keeping me from deadlines I have experienced even this month (and with a brand spanking new workstation PC, at that) this one is not completely and utterly inhibiting, but I have made it a vowe to start adding my real time data to these forums.  

The problem is just this (so far): During playback, about once every 1 or 2 minutes, the program will freeze and then (most of the time) unfreeze and resume playback.  It's even crashed me couple of times at this point, so it's not only a minor inconvenience any more.  I just updated today, so I'm sure I will realize more to come...

Any advise other than restarting the computer, updating the BIOS, changing out my brain, or becoming a farmer (restarting the computer again)?  Will provide computer specs upon request.

In the hopes that the new update will fix the old update's bugs 😂.

Sorry that you’re experiencing this problem.

• Is this problem consistent with every project or is it limited to the one you are currently working on?
• Could you please share a screenshot of your source video properties and let me know which effects you are using (if any).
• Please share your system specifications too.
