Complete newbie to the program. Doing a slideshow with audio track. Photos are loaded in Project panel. I double click on a photo and it shows up correctly in the Source panel. When I drag it to the timeline, it shows up cropped. It was working correctly for my first pass but I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong this time.

Make sure that your sequence settings match the media or right click on the photo in the timeline and choose "set to frame size."

Thank you! That worked.
Is there a way to grab a bunch of photos on the timeline and make them the
same length?

You can do a batch process in Photoshop before importing into Premiere Pro.
