Pixel Distortion/Glitch in Program Monitor on Playback

Explorer ,
Aug 14, 2024 Aug 14, 2024

This has been going on for a while and I've no clue what it could be. Things I've tried to fix this issue:

- Getting a brand new monitor (and new HDMI Cable)

- Turning off the GeForce overaly capture feature

- Updating GeForce Drivers and making sure Premiere is up to date (although the issue has persisted throughout several premiere updates)

It is random as far as when it appears and will appear on a video and then disapear and not reappear on the same video. Seems to be sessions where I don't notice it at all and then sessions where it's almost constant.

That's all I can really think of atm. But nothing seems to work and I don't think it's a hardware issue. I haven't seen anyone else post about this which makes me wonder if I'm doing something but I'm truly at a lost for what could be causing this issue.

Hello @curreylo,

While we await a response, you might try a clean installation of your video drivers. Ensure you install the studio driver, not the game-ready one. Let us know if that solves your problem.

If not, please install Premiere Pro Beta to see if your issue might be resolved.

I am so sorry that this is occurring to you. I hope we can
