Plackback does not wor properly in premiere pro

Playback in preview mode is not working smoothly. Please watch the video below to get an idea of my issue.

I have no problem with playback in preview mode with 1920 x 1080 video files.  3840 x 2160 videos do not play back smoothly.

It should play back smoothly. I edited a whole 45 min film without any set backs, this is happening after hours of  smoothing editing.

Delete the Media Cache and Media Cache files:
