playback aliasing?

When I play video clip in premiere I see aliasing. In the screen capture below, you can see the aliasing on the picture frame on the wall, and on the plates on the table.

When I stop play and it's just displaying a static frame, the aliasing disappear.

What is causing this and how can it be fixed?

I have a MSI GTX 1080 video card. Running windows 10 and premiere pro cc.

Try setting your playback resolution to 'full'
