playback blury problem

When i click the play back button on PP, all of my video footage become blury. when I stop the play back , the image become normal. what happen here? I dont have this problem before. Thanks for helping

The Program monitor has playback settings for resolution such as quarter, half, or full. Along with an option for high quality playback.

It's up to the user to set what they need. One of many choices we all have to learn about. And feel free to ask!
