Hello!

I have for months the following problem :

In each of my editing projects I always have this error (as seen in the video) it happens again and again out of nowhere and without reasons.

I have already tried so many things, media cache cleared, a new project, new recording settings, new sequence settings, new monitors I have tried everything.

On the pictures you can see all the settings I have already tried!

Ram : 40GB

GPU : Radeon RX 580

CPU : Ryzen 5 2600 6x 3,40GHz

Try these simple steps for starter
0) open Task manager and check if there are any 3rd party processes, that loads CPU during playback
1) Turn off Hardware accelerated Decoding in Preferences > Media.. (do app restart)
2) Reset workspace: go Window > Workspaces > Reset to saved layout
3) go to Preferences > Audio Hardware > Default Input => select "No Input"
4) Make sure that AMD FreeSync is off in driver control panel
5) If you are working with 2+ monitors, try if a single and most basic display setup (ie FHD/60Hz) has same issue
